An extensive range of free weights equipment, including 3 x Olympic bars, 2 x bicep curl bars (Olympic type), 580kg of Olympic weights (160kg rubber-covered for dead-lifts etc) ranging from 25kg to 1.25kg plates.
10 fixed barbells (from 10kg - 42.5kg) and 18 pairs of dumbells (1kg - 42.5kg each) including a pair of Olympic dumbells for selected loading.
Ancillary equipment includes 2x squat cages, bench-press, 3 incline/ decline benches, free bench, leg press, bent-over row, preacher curl and specialised items such as shoulder rigs for front & back squats.
Cardio training is supported by 2 treadmills, 2 upright and 1 recumbent exercycle, 3 elliptical or cross-trainers, 2 spin bikes, a simple stepper and a rowing machine. Most offer a range of programs.
There is also a plyometric box, floor mat, medicine and Swiss balls plus some simple rehab equipment.
The gym is arranged to suit individual training, with a dedicated area for free-lifting such as dead-lifts, military press, Turkish get-up etc.
There is also a full size (65kg) punchbag plus a set of (5) kettlebells from 4kg - 12kg.
